Many Greetings Dear Ones,
And may we just say: HANG IN THERE.
Most of you are confronting a deeply felt exhaustion, many are riddled with anxiety, depression, fear, agitation, hopelessness, and a sense of confusion and loss. OK, most of you are cycling through all of these recently, and maybe for a while.
Don’t give up.
You are not alone.
This too shall pass.
There is always hope, and breath, and change is inevitable. Just as you may not have foreseen the circumstances of your present dilemmas, so you cannot now perceive their resolution, which will happen over time and space and bring you to a place of Something Else. All pain can be moved through. All suffering has an end point. All humans have difficulty that seems insurmountable, but it never truly is.
When nothing seems to help, do what you can, anyway, to help yourself, to shed light on another, to bring a moment – just a moment – of joy and peace into awareness.
You see, it all exists together, the beginning and the end of all experience is happening simultaneously. Whatsoever you need and desire shall be granted, although you may or may not agree with either the timing or the form. You are not the best judge of these things when you are swimming in the stew. But after a long simmer and time to meld, you may well find new flavors emerge, and may appreciate them.
Everything takes time, and current circumstances are no exception. Do not allow your impatience to destroy your perception. Place your awareness broadly when necessary, narrowly when relief is sought, and try your best to differentiate between what you can actually do about anything (and whether it is important enough for your energy use) and what you cannot.
You can choose to see the forest or the trees. The fire or the ashes. The rejuvenation that eventually occurs, because that is the way of all things on this earth. You may feel that destruction is the only constant, but we tell you it is change and response and beauty.
There is no experience devoid of beauty and hope, but of course being human can make it a challenge to see it thus. Rise above the fear, sink into the earth, and allow the moments of joy to congregate and nourish you as you slowly, slowly, slowly, gently, emerge.
Much love and many blessings,
BlueStar & Counsel of Light
