Many Greetings, Dear Ones,

This is the time of fruition and harvest and fecundity, a time to both rest and enjoy the fruits of labor and to toil in the harvesting of those fruits. This is not just about the earth of course, and it is based in the seasons of the northern hemisphere, but everywhere the globe is spinning and the work is being assessed and attended to.

We want to say, like a broken record, assuming a person understands anymore what that means, that it is imperative that among the hustle and bustle (does anyone recall bustles? See how the times do change and yet the traces of history remain in the language not yet lost to the sands of time?) that you rest and recollect yourself. Both in the sense of remembering who you are, and looking behind to see what has brought you here and how you have participated in the glory (nobody but yourself to blame if you have too many zucchini, correct?), but also in the sense of gathering yourself in, as you do the harvest of the earth. What will you set to store of yourself, in what forms, for the coming months?

We want to say “choose wisely” but that might feel like pressure. Instead we will say trust the wisdom of your choosing, that what you recollect of yourself will be exactly what you need, and what you will make of what you put by in storage – restore, as it were – will be exactly right for you and assert itself at the point it is most needed.

Remember all is in Divine Right Order (even Divine Right F-ing Order, as some say) and all will be revealed. Trust yourself, trust the process, set aside what you find to be most promising now for the future, and revel in the bite of a ripened fruit, standing in the sun in the garden, letting the juice run down your chin.
