Many Greetings Dear Ones,
We know there is a lot of despair and hopelessness and helplessness among you, and a general sense of fear and unease beneath or above the surface. We also know that if you seek it. you can re-illuminate your lives and that this is a really good practical use of your time.
It is not necessary to deny or dismiss the troubles of the world in order to bring some light and hope forth in your mind and being. In fact, it does all need to coexist to make life worthwhile. There is no shadow without light, and only light can brighten the shadows as you peer into the dusty corners of your own habitual mind and the perspective you bring to the world.
Yes, there is pain and suffering. Shall you amplify it by beating your breast and crying woe is me? Or shall you hold it like a small injured child, close to your heart, and breathe deeply and calmly as the adult in the room, until the child is soothed and finds space to relax and eventually explore the extent of the injury.
Is that red liquid everywhere blood? or have they fallen into the raspberry patch? Are they deeply damaged or just scratched and scared? Your fear does nothing useful if it escalates the fears of others. It is an understandable response, but you do better to take a grounding breath and reassess. When you take a moment to assess the truth of immediate experience, then you can make the necessary attendance and amends.
There is a great need to be sorting and discerning these days, or else you risk burning out your adrenals for no good result.
Trust that you are understood as a loving and caring person. Trust that you are doing what you can. If you can train in the potent pause before reacting, you will shepherd your energy to much better results, and you will benefit those around you who entrain to your energetic response.
The child who fell into the raspberry patch does not require the ambulance level reaction. But you might inadvertently cause them to think they do, if your hysteria rises unchecked.
One of the most important things you can do in difficult times is to practice the art of self calming, so you are appropriately responding and regulated and so others around you can make use of the power of stability.
When the world seems chaotic and uncertain and dangerous, your own inner stability and certainty will aid in clear seeing, celar thinking, and actually useful action.
We are certain you know what we mean, and we hope to inspire you to use it. Your breath, your feet on the ground, your inner sense of your belly centered and your body in time and space, just a few breaths in and out, focus and return to your core. Here you are. Adamantine, indestructible, sheer beauty in the manifestation of both your human and immutable selves.
Much love and many blessings to you all,
BlueStar & Counsel of Light
